We are constantly seeking out first-rate raw ingredients and this, in combination with the emphasis we place on craftsmanship and on Italian culinary tradition, is what makes our handmade, fresh and easy-to-digest Pinsa a top-notch product

We at PinsaLab believe that, if a product’s high quality is to be guaranteed, it must be produced in accordance with strict procedures certified by International Standards.
It is for this reason that we have obtained the following certifications:

 the British Retail Consortium

 and the International Food Standard
require the implementation of strict protocols that allow us to strengthen and promote health and sanitation safety throughout the production process and along the entire supply chain (from farm to table);

l’ISO 22000 calls for guidelines that encourage interactive communication with and between upstream and downstream operators in the supply chain, allowing us to efficiently and rapidly manage any possible product safety issues.

That’s not all. We require our suppliers of raw ingredients to be in possession of these same certifications.
